Let us design a custom event just for you!

Policies

Celebratory events require a 33% payment of the full event amount. This fee is a nonrefundable retainer that secures your event on our calendar.   The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly payments with the final payment due 15 days before the event.

Weddings require a $1000 flat rate nonrefundable retainer. The remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments with the final lump sum payment due 45 days before the wedding date.

In the event of cancellations, any and all payments received will be forfeited.  The client reserves the right to transfer any unused portions to another event within one year.  Approval contingent upon availability.  If the event is of a different sort, colors, and or theme, the client may be responsible for additional fees.

In no way can the contracted amount be reduced once the estimate has been approved.  Cancellations made 60 days before any event will result in payment of full invoice amount.
